Junior Account Manager
Setting up and following up (new) shipments are your specialty. You communicate all logistical activities to customers and suppliers (transporters, shipping companies, etc.) and you help think about optimizing the operational process.
You are responsible for the administrative settlement of export dossiers and are the first point of contact for your clients. You communicate daily with your contacts worldwide and you solve problems efficiently. You work proactively on the improvement and optimization of the documentation process and escalate structural issues when necessary.
As the right hand of the account managers within your team, you analyze and process specific maritime data and communicate changes to the assigned colleagues in a timely manner. You follow up logistical deadlines and complete file data.
This function includes contacts with both customers and suppliers. You are responsible for the preparation of purchase and sales invoices which you also check for correctness. Activating and managing (new) customer or supplier profiles are also part of your duties.
