Considering the current increasing congestion in Libya at the ports of Benghazi and El Khoms, several carriers will apply the following Port Congestion Surcharge & War risk with immediate effect for both dry and reefer cargo:

Considering current situation in Libya pls note above surcharges can be amended/increased at all times.
It’s also likely other carriers will follow with similar surcharges.
