It has been in place since February 2012.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>International Cargo Tracking Number (ICTN):<br \/><\/strong>ICTN replaces the former ECTN\/BSC and has to be provided the shipper at the Port of Loading. <strong>What is required to apply for Guinea ICTN?<br \/><\/strong>The following documents are required for issuing an ICTN number:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Bill of lading<\/li>\r\n<li>Invoice<\/li>\r\n<li>Freight invoice<\/li>\r\n<li>Export declaration<\/li>\r\n<li>Phone number, e-mail address and NIF \u2013 N\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n fiscal of the consignee<\/li>\r\n<li>Phone number, e-mail address and NIF \u2013 N\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n fiscal of the notify party<\/li>\r\n<li>Phone number and e-mail address of the sender<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI):<br \/><\/strong>PSI is to be carried out for all imports into the country.
