As the right hand of the account managers within your team, you analyze and process specific maritime data and communicate changes to the assigned colleagues in a timely manner. You follow up logistical deadlines and complete file data. Moreover, you are responsible for the verification of customs declarations and you take care of the follow-up of the different transport documents. In addition you collect all (unforeseen) costs per file and you advise the account managers about structural issues.
You are familiar with the logistical maritime process, have a basic knowledge of VGM and customs and/or are willing to follow training in this field. You are highly organized and work accurately and orderly in a rapidly changing environment. You are not afraid of strict deadlines and you manage to communicate in a structured and efficient way within your team. You are able to do so fluently at least in Dutch and English and you have a good knowledge of French.
