Documentation Officer

Function

You are responsible for the administrative settlement of export dossiers and are the first point of contact for your clients. You communicate daily with your contacts worldwide and you solve problems efficiently. You work proactively on the improvement and optimization of the documentation process and escalate structural issues when necessary. In order to do so, you work closely with your team and the account manager. You will also use your extensive knowledge of languages and be inspired by the professional knowledge of your colleagues. 

Profile

Administration is your passion ! You work accurately, in detail and precise and are fluent with the various tools in the Office 365 package. You are compassionate and curious about the prevailing cultural diversity within your portfolio. You are assertive, friendly and prefer to work in a team. Continuous learning to be able to profile yourself as an expert is your motto.
