Setting up and following up (new) shipments are your specialty. You communicate all logistical activities to customers and suppliers (transporters, shipping companies, etc.) and you help think about optimizing the operational process.
You are responsible for the portfolio entrusted to you and are the first point of contact for your customers. With your excellent knowledge of the technical side of maritime transport you provide the customer with appropriate and effective advice. You work closely together with the sales director as well as the documentation officer and you solve structural issues as a team.
You are fascinated by logistics on an international level and curious about the maritime industry You work proactively, describe yourself as a go-getter and you have an analytical mind. Moreover, you prefer to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver your best work under pressure. You like to plan and organize and you have a wide range of languages at your disposal. You are friendly & positive and your level of enthusiasm is sky-high.
